I had some confusion with measuring for these custom trunks. So, the trunks didn't fit the way I wanted. I procrastinated on contacting the seller. Once I did, and when I heard back from them, they were all about helping me. Their customer service was top-notch. I even called and spoke to the owner about my issue. He again was very attentive and super helpful. I will only purchase my trunks here from now on and will tell anyone to do the same. The suite material is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding!! JV
